Our story
Crafted in the mountains of Bear Lake.
Rooted in the high mountain air and sweeping blue waters of Bear Lake, Idaho, Tallow & Twine was born from a lifetime of hands-on living, old-fashioned resourcefulness, and a deep-rooted love for family.
Growing up as a small-town Idaho farm girl, I learned early on the value of a hard day's work, the comfort of a home-cooked meal, and the simple beauty of things made by hand. Whether I am in the kitchen testing new recipes, sewing, or crafting wholesome, natural goods, my life has always been guided by a desire to nurture the people I love most.
As a mother and grandmother, my greatest joy comes from creating remedies, recipes, and everyday essentials that make life a little sweeter and healthier for my children and grandchildren.
