Crafted in the mountains of Bear Lake.
Rooted in the high mountain air and sweeping blue waters of Bear Lake, Idaho, Tallow & Twine was born from a lifetime of hands-on living, old-fashioned resourcefulness, and a deep-rooted love for family.
Growing up as a small-town Idaho farm girl, I learned early on the value of a hard day's work, the comfort of a home-cooked meal, and the simple beauty of things made by hand. Whether I am in the kitchen testing new recipes, sewing, or crafting wholesome, natural goods, my life has always been guided by a desire to nurture the people I love most.
As a mother and grandmother, my greatest joy comes from creating remedies, recipes, and everyday essentials that make life a little sweeter and healthier for my children and grandchildren. That same care goes into everything crafted under the Tallow & Twine name—honest, heart-made goods designed for homes that value tradition, quality, and natural simplicity.
None of this journey would be complete without my wonderful husband, my greatest supporter and partner, who is always by my side and willing to lend a helping hand.
